biblatex cannot be upgraded to 1.3a-1 (from 0.9a-1). It depends on logreq,
which is not available (according to the package's own page).
aptitude full-upgrade gives this response:
"biblatex: Depends: logreq which is a virtual package
Thanks, that worked, Albin, even though I am using amd64. (It was Yoram, the
original poster, who uses i386.)
For the record, let me state what I did to resolve the conflict:
$ aptitude remove libeina-svn-05
(this also removed most of the e17 packages)
$ aptitude install libeina-svn-06
$ a
OK, so I have determined that I was wrong: gnome-themes* does not solve the
problem. I found my way to a different solution, which appears to be solid. I
have gnome-settings-daemon as among my startup programs. That makes the gtk
file selector dialog quite happy, and fast.
