I second this request, people upgrading the device firmware without
having access to the matching package versions are stuck with a

The bug seems to be gone. I have not experienced it in a while and

I did some more research and I found out that other users on my system
do not have this problem. Therefore, it must be a user-specific
configuration that triggers this bug.
Assuming GTK is the culprit, I tried deleting ~/.config/gtk-3.0 and
this solves the problem partially. When I start xournal f
, evince is the only ill-behaving program. All other programs I
use respond in the expected way to the window manager commands.

utterly messed up Unicode handling. The documentation uses the terms
"Unicode" and "UTF8" as if they were interchangable.

The command 'dpkg-reconfigure exim4-config' restarts exim4 after asking me for
my new
configuration (it displays "Restarting MTA: exim4"). Looking in the logs and
with ps aux,
I see that a new exim4 process is running. However, it uses the

When running apt-get remove xfree86-common the following error is printed:
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages ha

- Then install all three files with "dpkg -i" and after that do a "apt-get
remove --purge kvim"
- Now you are able to update vim to vim_1%3a6.3-068+4_i386.deb

And here is my smb.conf, I hope it helps.
An interesting observation is that the smbd crash occurs every Sunday
around 6:30 AM, some minutes after my /etc/cron.daily has run (which is
scheduled at 6:25 AM).

hanging in a loop of removing which doesn't work:

The navigation toolbar is invisible, even when it is enabled in extra ->
configuration -> toolbars
Disabling and re-enabling the toolbar has no effect, as has removing the
openoffice settings directory.
