upgrading xserver-xorg-input-synaptics from 0.14.7~git20070706-3 (lenny) to

Some applications (mutt, for example) depend on file access time updates so
I think the CONTROL_NOATIME option should be disabled by default. Not
knowing where to look I only found out by chance why mutt did not behave
correctly.
