to join this bug with #445691 as it may also support these resolutions :

dbus, udev and hal upgrade had strongly reduced the events and i found
that using my usb scanner shown the error each time. after upgrading
libg15 to 1.2.7. there is no more problem of keycode sent while using
keyboard, mouse, or scanner.

Hello,
maybe it comes from my own installation (stable upgraded to lenny),
maybe not... when i add or remove a toolbar button, the toolbar
disappears and kmymoney2 crashes when i close it. the added/removed
buttons appear and work on next start.

until i stop hal and reload dvb drivers. I tried 2.6.23.xx, 2.6.24 and
2.6.25 vanilla kernels. what kernel version(s) did your try ?

occur again because v4l devices included
in kernels are not every time fully functional but enough to be usable.
