The problem is that you declare your fplan and bplan variables as
INTEGER, which is not big enough to hold a pointer on a 64-bit machine.
As explicitly recommended in the FFTW manual, you should use INTEGER*8
for plan variables (which will work on both 64-bit and 32-bit machines).

I think this is the same bug that has just been fixed in Ubuntu (see
bugreport [1] and branch [2]).
