warning messages. Somehow the signal handler names did not enter the
dynamic symbol table as before.

It would be great if, after changing the Unix password of an existing
user, the option "Use unix password" in the Samba section would
automatically become checked, as in 100% of cases so far when I update
the Unix password
If I launch XMMS, then turn the A on and start other applications, XMMS
does correctly stays on top. If I close XMMS with the A button turned on
and restart it, it keeps staying on top. I'll try to reproduce this in
Gnome tomorrow, however.

I have /var/run mounted as tmpfs and thus it is not preserved across
boots. This doesn't work very well with masqmail however because it
doesn't recreate its /var/run/masqmail directory in the init script.

According to section 15.2 of glibc-doc ("Pipe to a Subprocess") the
function popen() should return NULL if it failed to open the pipe.
However, the function is returning a non NULL pointer, as can be seen
by running the program below:
