The only difference I can see is that the hang is happening on warm-reboot
(i.e. after ' reboot ' command is issued.) Mildly annoying, workaround is to
hit the Reset button on the VM or cold-power it on.
I added "no-hpet" to KFBSD /etc/default/grub and ran ' update-grub ' but it
didn't fix the
FIX: Wanted to report that after I installed package " xdm ", KFBSD now boots
to X (quick fix) :)
However,
BUG: Delete key does not work on the TTY (non-X) consoles :( Workaround is to
use Ctrl-D, but this should be fixed for console-heavy users. (It works on
PCBSD.)
