Hello,
We are trying to remove the enchant(1) package from the archive and
trying to migrate to enchant-2 instead.
To make it clear that this is happening and avoid packages adding new
dependency on it, could it be moved to oldlibs?

The next point release for "buster" (10.4) is scheduled for Saturday,
May 9th. Processing of new uploads into buster-proposed-updates will be
frozen during the preceding weekend.
