I try to setup the correct dtb for a HummingBoard DualLite using flash-kernel,
but the kernel seems to load always the Cubox-i dtb:

I forgot to mention that when the installer asked for a mirror, it can't
find one
with the daily files, so it uses sid-unstable instead.
when it stalls, with the hard drive still busy (I can hear it),
on ctrl-alt-F4 it displays a log. the last 4 lines being:

The banner in the graphical installer doesn't get the “Rescue mode”

After loading addition components, the CD is mounted and we can see
which device it is. I would guess that the additional components will
be loaded from the same device as we booted the installer.
Still have to check it when booting from USB.

It would be good to make this change.
Is there some reason to not include a build stamp in the installer
initrd at, say, /build-stamp? This would be the same string as in
boot-screens/f1.txt (e.g. 20170615+deb9u2).
