The hd-media image no longer boots on my main test box (HP thin client).
Immediate reboot after syslinux finishes loading the initrd and kernel.
Netboot still works ok.
I turned off upx, and that fixed the issue. And yeah, we're upxing this
image too, it's built by the same code path that builds t
kernel-wedge_2.47_i386.changes uploaded successfully to localhost
along with the files:

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner; my internet has been down
for a while and won't be back until at least Wednesday. I tested the
second image you posted and I had an install with no problems, however
when I did wait=10 it also worked, and when I checked the syslog there
