Rl100a driver problem

hi, i am working in windows NT with rl100a network driver when i go to the properties of the driver it aske the network card number 0 or 1, actually it should prompt for 10m 100m or autodetect its not happning here why? and dose it make any problem to my network reply ASAP regds rajesh BYZA
