i am working in windows NT with rl100a network driver when i go to the properties of
the driver it aske the network card number 0 or 1,
actually it should prompt for 10m 100m or autodetect
its not happning here why? and dose it make any problem to my network

During loading "newly" of Potato there is no making of the file
"/etc/resolv.conf".
When I make him myself the following problem occures.
Normally, with Debian 2.1 "slink", pppconfig write the D.N.S. adres in the

rescue floppy and modules fails for any reason then
subsequent installation of the modules will also fail,
requiring manual intervention for installation to proceed.
