no need to reply directly to me
Dear debian-boot team:
I've tried to translate (into spanish) debootstrap 1.0.10 and I've found that
there is a PO file but there is no POT file. Is this intentional?
Many thanks

Sometimes even if you are not doing an LVM or RAID installation one wants a
separate /boot partition. Guided partitioner does not allow that, only "all
together", "separate /home" or "separate
/home, /usr, /var and /tmp", but there is not a "separat

debian-installer for Lenny should have a desktop selector if the "Desktop" task
is chosen, or separate tasks for at least KDE and Gnome, and better if for XFCE
as well.

That's even a better translation than my own. I think I've read too many

Spanish string "Detectando discos y todo el demás hardware" is not 'spanish in
good law'. Should be "Detectando discos y el resto del hardwre".
It a very visible string since it is a non-skipable step: Detecting disks and
all other hardware
Wouldn't it be better if explained somewhere in the package itself?
BTW, I humbly think that downloading the .deb as stated in
http://www.debian.org/releases/testing/i386/apds03.html.en is worse than
downloading the .tar.gz from the same place and where to download it is not
stated, just linked

Example in the man page does not explain how to create a Debian chroot on
another system. It starts supossing that debootstrap is installed, but IMHO it
should start explaining how to download and
install it in a non-Debian system, since
