It's currently set so that it appears just before partman-base. I don't
see why that would affect anna-install. To clarify, anna-install package
works where as udpkg -i from the same shell at the same time doesn't
work.

I have been trying to preseed config files for a set of servers we have
just bought. Since I do not want either the root password (even hashed)
in the config file or any user-interaction on these (headless) machines,
I would like to disable both the root passwo
on.
- there's no progress/error handling
- partitioning needs to be handled, preferably in a
platform-independent way
- I haven't looked at password input for encryption
- obviously it should trigger installs of the correct FS/MD/LVM/crypt
packages
