is anyone working on enhancing the installation documentation for Debian
GNU/Linux so that basic X11 setup (4.x) through dpkg-reconfigure
xserver-xfree86 is mostly described ?

This is a diff -urP (that I send compressed, because some of the changes
are spacing!)
Changes to German manual:
- using the &additional-lilo-image
- in the verbatim table comparing German to Swiss German accentuation,
fixed spacing
You may have to cd into debian-doc, and then do gzip
Here is my jumbo patch for documentation. It isn't that big. However
because it fixes a few space problems in tt tables, I send it attached,
compressed with gzip.
- table issue (English, German, French)
- table issue for German accentuations CH/DE (German)
- small fix to French hardware display
