Jumbo patch for documentation

Here is my jumbo patch for documentation. It isn't that big. However
because it fixes a few space problems in tt tables, I send it attached,
compressed with gzip.

- table issue (English, German, French)
- table issue for German accentuations CH/DE (German)
- small fix to French hardware display
- using the new additional-lilo-image; entity in German too.

The patch is relative to current CVS (or today's).
