As all mac80211 drivers will have this problem, I have made a few more
changes in netcfg. When iw_get_basic_config is called, the current freq
is stored. Non mac80211 drivers appear to ignore this after a trigger to
associate, but mac80211 drivers appe

Ok, here it is. Its based on debians svn release of wpasupplicant as it
has a patch which allows us to build without EAP. It will still build
the deb and clients at the moment, which as stated earlier, some sort of
seperate config needs to be made for the udeb.

last ones. We now check if wpasupplicant is installed and if not, fall back to

Using the boot/root floppies I am able to configure the network and install Debian
from the net and everything seems to work fine. On reboot however I have no network.
dmesg says the card is detected but I have no tools available to see if the modules
are lodeded nor can I probe them if not.

The error means busybox doesnt know if the file being extracted is a
regular file or directory or symlink etc, which is very strange, ive not
seen the error triggered before (and i wrote the code).

It would still be bigger than busybox compiled statica
from other clients.
dhcp-client has been around for a long time, its tried and tested, but i
wouldnt expect udhcpc to cause problems either.
