In CVS, the changelog indicates that version 0.39 is uploaded into the
achive, but http://packages.qa.debian.org/c/cdebconf.html>
indicate that the latest upload is v0.38. What is correct? As the
0.39 tag is missing, I changed the changelog file to use 'UNRELEASED'
for 0.39.

Skolelinux is thinking about how to speed up the d-i development, and
one idea is to sponsor a debian-installer debcamp 2-3 months from now.
It should be located somewhere close to many (most) d-i developers to
limit the travel cost, and should be a low-cost event overall. I've
