In CVS, the changelog indicates that version 0.39 is uploaded into the achive, but <URL:http://packages.qa.debian.org/c/cdebconf.html> indicate that the latest upload is v0.38. What is correct? As the 0.39 tag is missing, I changed the changelog file to use 'UNRELEASED' for 0.39.
