In the light of fighting for the free space, I propose the following
patch. I just takes out the common words for a number of messasges,
which from one hand allows to reduce the size of the translation, from
the other -- it simplifies the work of translators :).
What do you think?

I first tried wget to retrieve the file directly. It couldn't resolve
the domain name. Then I noticed my other machine, which was downloading
apt-get from the same server, was getting error messages too.
I then went back to the first amchine and started base installation
from http.us.debian.or
