The "root" install floppy for Debian/Sparc woody is too
big to fit on a floppy, making to useless. In particular,
the root.bin image is 1491588, whereas a floppy can only
hold 1474560 bytes. This means that root.bin is 17028 bytes
too large for a standard 1.44 floppy.

cool, I guess that means busybox wget handled the username/password

Hi,
I'm not a programmar really (I do not consider some fooling around in
Basic, Modula or Pascal as programming :-), but I do want to contribute to
the Debian Development, in some way.
Let's start from the beginning. It's gonna be a long story, it might annoy
some people, maybe this is the w

Hello Daniel! If your DHCP isn't working then turn off your cable modem
or dsl for few minutes. Turn it on again and test your dhcp. This is
necessary because the cable-modems have a mac number which has to be read
and recognized by the machine before it gets to work. Good luck.

When I try to install the base system by using network (HTTP),
this fails saying:
Malformed release file

The network connection is OK, because getting rescue.bin
and Drivers.tgz works fine.
