Ok, we've started new 2.2.18 boot-floppies builds with the 2.2.18
kernel (and new pcmcia-cs as well). This is for Potato 2.2r2.
You can find non-i18n and i18n versions at
http://alpha.onshore.com/~apharris/debian/dists/potato/main/disks-i386/ .
The i18n version use something we call "language c

Nope, that's not it.
I dunno, maybe the match logic in kbdconfig.c line 203

Yes, this was a problem which will be fixed in the upcoming 2.2r2.

Here are the bugs I'd like to fix sooner rather than later.
These two should be fixed for 2.2.18.
I have a patch in my version to fix the LILO on extended partitions
bug (64823, etc).
There is a bad bug (maybe I introduced it) where modconf isn't running
anymore. I think it's a dbootstrap bug

We have built boot-floppies 2.2.18 for i386 using the 2.2.18pre21

Chung has kindly supplied (NMU) and uploaded to Incoming, as well as
the requisite pcmcia-modules-* packages.
