I'm building and will upload tonight boot-floppies 2.2.18. This
includes the 2.2.18 kernel and other bug fixes and such.
The i18n version is very very close but not yet fully implemented
because of some remaining bugs it has which make it inappropriate to
use as the standard. However, I will build a version of 2.2.18 and
put it in an unofficial location for people to play with.
