I noticed that #300730 is still open, which says that atari-bootstrap
fails to boot CT60s.
So are any of you folks with CT60s using debian's atari-bootstrap? It's
been the same version since sarge.
I'd like to either confirm and fix this bug or close it.

I noticed that #300730 is still open, can someone with a CT-60 verify if
this is true with debian atari-bootstrap (same version in sarge and
later)?

The new atari-bootstrap is in unstable. I'd appreciate it if some atari
folks would try it out and make sure it works. If there aren't any
problems, then I'd like to apply to have it included in sarge if
possible, since it allows more machines to boot.

Roman Hodek has agreed to allow me to help co-maintain the
atari-bootstrap package.
Please test the following bootstrap executable

It would be nice to know that the program works, especially on CT60,

TOS has two modes of the VT52 terminal in TOS - either it wraps long
text to new line or it

Works on my Falcon, sorry no mem or powersupply yet to get the CT60 going.
The 2.4.27 kernel works as well, entering lowmem mode in the installer
Hi,
I have just finished the planned changes to atari-bootstrap. I may write
a more detailed description later if you wish but here is a short
summary:
- new bootstrap loads ramdisk into TT/FastRAM by default which fixes all
sorts of problems with ST-RAM swap, with videoram full of garbage and

Hi,
below you'll find hopefully the final solution of problem with
"Load-to-TT-RAM" flag on AfterBurner040 and Centurbo2 FastRAM cards.
It's actually generic and should take care of any FastRAM&MMU problem.

Hi all,
[below the boring text there are some requests that you might help with]
I have been comparing the latest source of atari-bootstrap (3.3.4,
Debian unstable) with m68kboot CVS. I wrote they differ simetime ago. I
also said Debian was more up-to-date. I was kind of wrong.
