I downloaded
kernel-image-2.6.8-amiga_2.6.8-1_m68k.deb
kernel-image-2.4.27-amiga_2.4.27-1_m68k.deb
and installed them on the system I got by testing
My path to success ;)
- create RDB on disk with HDToolbox
- start installer
- use parted to do 'mklabel mac'
- use partman to erase whole drive and create partitions/filesystems
- wait an hour for base system to complete installing
- pick a random kernel-image from list (there is no amiga one)

some problems. I haven't been following m68k for some time, but I didn't see
