Just to give you some more info on the hotels:
- People can start getting keys to their rooms on they arrival day at 12:00 PM.
- Breakfast will be included on the last day (departure day),
including July 31st.
- On the 17th, there's probably not going to be a lunch in the hotel,
as it will be

I've talked to DIVA today and have made some sort of a "preliminary"
cost and plan for the Hotels.
First i need to say that they want to put as many people as possible
in the cheaper hotels (Palas and Vidovic) in order to reduce the costs
of the conference.
So the plan is to start reserving
Current status on hotels:
- We're struggling to get anywhere which will let us book 20 rooms (or
target). The only place that is currently able to do that is the
Premier Travel Inn, though we don't seem to be getting much (if any)
discount for group booking.
