According to
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Link#Relative_links, a link like
[[/Subpage]] on [[Some/Page]] should point to [[Some/Page/Subpage]],
i.e. a leading slash makes a link relative (some people should be
shot for this…).
Unfortunately, this does not work on wiki.dc.org, as can be seen
