According to http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Link#Relative_links, a link like [[/Subpage]] on [[Some/Page]] should point to [[Some/Page/Subpage]], i.e. a leading slash makes a link relative (some people should be shot for this…).
Unfortunately, this does not work on wiki.dc.org, as can be seen at https://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/DebConf15/Germany, "Notes & brainstorming", first link ("City or country-side?"). Could this feature please be enabled? Otherwise it's a royal PITA to move pages with subpages, and a lot of duplication is required too.
