Fellow organizers and contributors,
it has come to our attention that communication over the last few weeks

Hi,
last night I wrote a small article on my blog about progress of
organization of dc11. It was suggested to me, that this article should
also be published on blog.dc.o, so if you agree with that, the article
can be found at http://bit.ly/gmYYQ9 .

Hi,
just a friendly reminder, first version of the brochure is ready.
Basically we just added a template and copied most of the text from the
previous years brochure, so as far as design is concern, that's about

our sponsors. As someone experienced in PR, publishing and editorial, we
would appreciate your advice on what should we add, improve and

basically use most of the content from the last year's brochure, though
we'll add our own artwork ( blue/yellow contrast). However, we need to
know if the sponsorship packages will be the same as last years?

Hi,
as we're pretty much out of 'planning phase', with most mayor dates
decided, we need to begin with serious preparations. There are still
several mayor unresolved issues, which I personally think should be
dealt with by the end of December and January so we can have a sound
