Afaiu it is not possible, or at least very difficult to get Bosnian
currency outside the country.
If people arrive at Banja Luka bus station or train station is it
possible to get currency there? Or is it possible to pay for the bus
or taxi with Euros or other currency?

Before I fill in the arrival/departure dates for sure, I'd like to
confirm something.
This appears different from previous years, but is the sponsored food
and accomodation definitely only starting on Debian Day 24th July i.e.
anyone arriving on 23rd July will need to pay full price for that

A few of us will be arriving late in the day in Banja Luka - like
arrving on the bus from Zagreb at 22:40 or 00:40. Is there 24hour
reception and do we need to let the hotel know in advance?

Do you know if there is left luggage at Zagreb bus station? It might
be useful to be able to leave bags there if there is time to go into
the centre for food or exploring.
