gcc 13.2 was successful, even though
installing all components from source made the building extremely slow. I
try the installation on the login node and $HOME directory HPC cluster.

Thanks a lot for detailed response, studied the paper. I work on offloading
of adaptive finite element pipeline in modern hardware AMD APU and Intel
CPU-GPU.
