Dear Dealiiers, Unfortunately can't install Dealii 9.6.0 with Spack 1.0.0 dev0 using oneapi.2024.1.0 compiler. The only component that fails is llvm. Seemingly, libxml2 header files can't be found. My OS is SLES 15.6 having glibc 2.38

Possible reasons include: 575 * The installation of software via gcc 13.2 was successful, even though installing all components from source made the building extremely slow. I try the installation on the login node and $HOME directory HPC cluster. Please let me know if I should provide further info.
