From the looks of your logs I think it's a dbmail-pgsql issue, and I ran across a problem with the debian
packages for dbmail-pgsql while setting up a test. That has to be fixed first.

I installed dbmail-pgsql, and inserted the message you sent earlier with no
problems.
I don't really have a clue as to what's triggering the insert error.
