From the looks of your logs I think it's a dbmail-pgsql issue, and I ran across a problem with the debian
packages for dbmail-pgsql while setting up a test. That has to be fixed first.

Without TRACE_LEVEL=5 your mail.log is not very informative.
Could be anything from a problem in the message parsing, to a
user-quota or diskfull error.
