So long as you do not change the names of existing columns, it should
not be a problem. dbmail is "properly" designed, in that it retrieves
its needed columns by n

compiles go extremely slow during that.

Yes. we get it alot.. (but in imap as well(same problem as pop3)). It seems

Just go DBMail up and running,, almost. After struggling with sendmail
I've hit a new roadblock. When I send a message to the DBM system it
complains it can't find it's config file, which is in /etc per the
install instructions:

This is a common problem and its very easy to fix...
I've been running dbmail for several weeks but have not noticed this
problem. My mail system is not heavily loaded, so that may be a factor why
I am not seeing this problem. Whatever the casuse of the problem, it should
be easy enough to find where it is getting into a loop by attaching into the
