Definitely hard-coded in the source.
Definitely deprecated with the mimeparts storage design in 2.3.
If fast full body searches are what you need, dbmail as it stands today just
ain't for you.

we've been able to reproduce your problem here. So there must be a bug
somewhere in the delivery code.
