we've been able to reproduce your problem here. So there must be a bug
somewhere in the delivery code.
Aaron, can you take a look at this? I'll also try to find it, if I can
find some time today :) .

The postfix setting message_size_lmit in main.cf is set to :
message_size_limit = 10240000 (10MB).
