Ok, so we know that both rc3 and 1.0 do this, and that the entry in the
database is in fact incorrect. The next thing to do is set up a test
machine with the date set for Dec 31st and see if the error is repeatable,
followed by an audit of the date calculation code to see if there's a
mistake to be
OK I fixed it, I just set the date as below. Now the most recent emails
are at the highest page number.
update messages set internal_date = '2002-12-31 01:01:01' where
message_idnr = 1028 between 1677
