It's the opposite. Default workflow is display-referred, so with base
curve by default. To test and check, just rename your darktable config
folder and start a fresh darktable.
So it's a mistake on release notes. I would add to that Aurélien, who
brought those new workflows, write workfl
Yes, Bruce, but if you check the base curve, it should be linear, not a
camera-specific base curve.
