I did not see any postings on this so far, so maybe I am the
only one having this problem ...
after upgrading to cygwin-1.3.20-1 all terminal progs
(tcsh,bash,jmacs,...) complain about terminal type not
found:

when running a program from an GDB session within XEmacs
under fullscreen-X11 a new "DOS-"console window will popup
for the i/O of the program and so the context switches from
X11 to this new console. This is quite annoying.

after having some problems with the latest Versions of some
packages I used the installer to downgrade to a previous
version or keep an existing version, e.g. I did it for the
cygwin DLL.
If I call the installer now I will not show me expired
