Hmm, still having the problem. After upgrading to 1.3.20-1, I just copied the old version of cygwin1.dll into /bin and it works. I used "strace" in order to see if there are accesses to /etc/termcap, but I did not find one. Is there a way/instruction to install a second clean and minimal cygwin version?
