With rxvt it works, as is no wonder to me:
it seems to me, that it works as soon as there is another program put
between my program and console...
But unfortunately, it has to run without any additionals to pure cygwin
:-(

The program should run without rxvt but I will try this anyway.
As to the CYGWIN environment var: I tried a simple 'Hello world' program
on console and it worked as expected and put its output on console as
