readme states that the correct
order for the lib files is:
-lglut32 -lglu32 -lopengl32
which is slightly different to what you have. Can you try it that way and
see ?

Thanks for the help - it does work now. I changed PATH inside my shell and
that worked. I guess that if I wanted to run it from windows, I would
change the windows PATH as well.

p.s for opengl folks, this is the Cg library from nvidia for programing
shaders.
