I'm trying to snmpwalk a server using Cygwin, and when I type
"snmpwalk -c" like I am used to doing on a *nix box, I get a message
saying that permission is denied.
What might I need to check here?

FAQ: http://cygwin.com/
FWIW, I ended up going with PuTTYcyg

It was super easy to set up (and I needed something fast).
Thanks for the other suggestions, and I will test those out when I get
some more time!

FAQ:
I installed mintty (put the js file in the /bin folder, created a
short cut, started the shell from that short cut), but I'm not able to
use ssh, and when I type "ls" into my cygdrive directory, I get the
following error. (Everything works fine from Cygwin's interface, of
course)
Does anyone have any good front end suggestions for Cygwin?
(I'm really spoiled by apps like PuTTY which automatically put
whatever you select on the clipboard. Ideally, however, the app would
have a few more features than something like PuTTY)
