I've fixed mosh on x86 adding the missing /usr/bin/mosh perl-wrapper,
not x86_64 not needed.

My first attempt to build Cygwin setup from CVS. I was following the
instructions and got the exact same failure as was reported here [1]
almost 3 months ago. I did not however proceed down the path of
editing ntapi.h etc. as in the OP.
