Never mind...I fixed it. I decided to delete all the Cygwin files from the
system. Afterwards, I reinstalled Cygwin and then rebuilt the SSHD service.
Everything works fine now. =)

Allight I solved the problem where i was unable to reattach to screen
under ssh by running:
$ ssh-user-config
Now I can detach and reattach to screens running under ssh. But only
from ssh. If I try to attach to a screen that has been run in ssh from
a CMD window it doesn't work. The other way aro
