I don't quite follow this. Certainly non-merge commits should have
useful commit messages, and following OpenStack's lead in this regard

Thanks for your reply. I made an attempt based on your comments, but still
got the same issue, Chef UI of admin node could deploy apps on non-bare metal
server well, and crowbar UI cannot identify and show the node.
