Stus-List filling old screw holes in the cabin ceiling liner

In replacing some of the old lighting fixtures in Cat’s Paw, I’ve left small holes where screws have been removed. What is recommended to fill these holes so they blend in, at least somewhat, with the cream-colored ceiling liner? Eric Frank Cat's Paw C&C 35 Mk II Mattapoisett, MA

If you cannot match, go for definite contrast, so it doesn't just look like a poor attempt at a match. Maybe just install a screw with a countersunk style washer in each hole. Bill Bina On 3/10/2016 12:20

I've used oval heads and finish washers like Bill suggests but the best fix is gel paste. Unfortunately color then becomes an issue. I filled some fastener holes in Touche's headliner with gel paste and, except for the color, it came out very nice. One day I will match the color of the headliner

The ceiling panels can be easily painted. You could fill them with epoxy or almost whatever you wish and then paint the entire panel or all the panels so that everything matches. I did this about a year ago and I also coated the top side with epoxy to protect it from moisture. Bob LF 38 Sent
