We had a ‘heat pail” that burned ethanol or methanol years ago. It did get hot,
but burning hydrocarbons or alcohols inside a boat produces a ton of water
vapor which will condense all over the boat and you will end up warm and damp
and then cold and damp when you turn the thing off.

Subject: Stus-List Antifouling
I have 3 different kinds of antifouling paint (Micron 66, Micron CSC and
another ablative with 43% copper ) ..approx. a litre or quart of each.
Would it be alright to dump all of it into one one gallon can and mix it
all together. I realize they might have different individual

I am not so sure I would trust them. years ago, I bought a Kirby 25
with VC 17...I wanted to put Micron CSC on the bottom but I did not
want to remove the VC17...I will never remove antifouling paint again.
I asked Interlux tech support if I could put the CSC over the VC
17
OK...
Tried vinegar. Tried Goo Gone.
Nothing.
Guess I'll go the muriatic acid route...

Ablatives can generally be applied over hard paints. I have contacted Interlux
support many times and have always been given this answer. Most recently I
enquired if I could apply Micron 66 over Petit Vivid and was told that I could
after a light sanding of the Vivid. Results were good a

I had some barnacles on my hull this year.on the advice of a C&C

That's the way it turned out but that was not what Interlux tech support
advised me. I bought the Micron CSC at the Binnacle...asked them the

All,
I am looking for someone to skipper The Office back from Bermuda around
June 18.
I have several qualified crew, but need to have a skipper with ocean/Great
Lakes experience. Unfortunately, this is not a paid position and you would
have to pay for your own transportation to Bermuda and from
