Ditto. Very good customer service.
I suspect the Torlon ball bearings are readily available from Harken. Not
sure about any other parts.
Never heard of a swivel failure on a Harken. Let us known how this goes.

Alright - I'll start with them.
I should have taken some pic's but I was a little traumatized!!!

Probably a Unit 0 or Unit 1.

There are spring clips on both sides of the gimbals. You need to push them both
in (away from the oven) at the same time and lift up. I used a piece of 2x4 as

rear.

You referred to your engine as a 2GM15. If it is not followed by an "F"
then it is a raw water cooled engine. There is no coolant.
That would explain why you can't find a place to add coolant. There is

Correction:
Seawater cooled engine thermostats should start to open at 108°F and be
full open at 126°F.
There is a possibility that the temperature switch is wrong or bad too.

It seems strange, isn't there an overflow / vent chrome cap on the hull

With the manifold you should be able to decide which tank gets used
On Pegasus all 3 tanks have a common vent that exists at the head sink. I
wouldn't want an external vent for my potable water, due the possibility of sea
water contamination. I fill my tanks starting with the port tank. Which is the

Mark,
Harken sells bearings for about everything they sell as a product. I bought
new bearings for my 30 year old genoa cars and traveler last year. They
only use a couple of different sizes, so it shouldn't be a big problem.
Good luck on the reassembly.

If I may suggest, a Bluetooth GPS puck might be a better option (a tablet has
probably very limited USB ports). If you have a GPS dongle, get yourself a
