Jim:
In 2009, I took my old, side cabin windows to glass shop and they used
them as templates to cut my new ones...3 day wait...perfect
fit...$300I could not have done it much cheaper myself and I am sure
I could not have done it better.FYI

MAKE A GOOD TEMPLATE AND THEN HAVE YOUR LOCAL PLASTICS OUTFIT REPLICATE
THEM. I TYPICALLY PAY ABOUT $75 FOR THE SIDE WINDOWS ON MY 27-III (sorry for
the caps)

FWIW I got quoted $450 to duplicate the 4 fixed ports on my 35-3 using the
old ones as templates at the local plastics place. In the end I went DIY.
Ordered 3/8 cast acrylic in dark gray- '2074' on ebay from
http://stores.ebay.com/POP-DISPLAYS They will do the rough cuts for free
-you just have to
average of $75 each for 3/8 bronze #2404 cast acrylic cut to the shapes of
the old ones by my local plastics shop in Duluth.
Took 2 weeks for them to order materials and make them.
